Paneer / Cottage cheese
250 gram

Butter
1 table spoon

clarified butter
1 table spoon

Onion (chopped finely)
2 nos

Tomato puree
1 cup

Ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon

Cardamom powder
1/4 tea spoon

Cloves powder
1/4 tea spoon

Carom Seeds
1/4 tea spoon

Red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon

Turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon

Green Chilli
2-3 nos

Honey
1 tea spoon

Cream
2 table spoon

Garam masala powder
1/2 tea spoon

Salt
to taste

Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 table spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Heat butter and clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Add carom seeds and onion and stir fry until golden brown.
  3. Add tomato puree,ginger garlic paste,cardamom powder,cloves powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Cover it in a low flame for five mins.
  5. Add green chilly,honey cream and hot spices powder and salt and saute for few seconds.
  6. Lastly we add cottage cheese/paneer and mix well.
  7. Add half cup of water and make thick gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves.
