Wheat flour 1 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 cup
Carom Seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Onion seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Green Chilli (chopped) 1/4 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil 4 table spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Wash and chop coriander leaves.
  2. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,coriander leaves,salt,carom seeds.onion seeds and one tbsp oil and mix well.
  3. To make a soft dough with the help of little water. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  4. On a heated pan make parathas applying oil on both the sides. Serve hot.
