Fresh green gram/Hara chana
1 cup

Gram Flour / Besan
2 table spoon

Rice flour
2 table spoon

Garam masala powder
1/4 tea spoon

Black pepper powder
1/4 tea spoon

Coriander powder
1/4 tea spoon

Roasted mango powder/Amchur
1/4 tea spoon

Onion (chopped finely)
2 table spoon

Ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon

Cumin seeds
1/4 tea spoon

Green Chilli (chopped)
1/4 tea spoon

Salt
to taste

Curd water
1 table spoon

Coriander Leaves (chopped finely)
1 table spoon

Oil (for deep frying)
as required

Recipe Credit

  1. Wash and coarsely grind the green gram.
  2. Add gram flour,rice flour,hot spices,black pepper powder,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,onion,cumin seeds,amchur,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle curd water and make a ball. Keep in the freeze for two to three hours.
  4. Heat enough oil in a pan. Deep fry in slow flame until golden and crispy. Serve hot with tea.
