Green gram/Hara chana
1 bowl

Onion (Chopped)
1 nos

Ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon

Tomato puree
2 table spoon

Turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon

Red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon

Coriander powder
1 tea spoon

Green Chilli (chopped)
1 nos

Cumin seeds
1/4 tea spoon

Whole garam masala
1/2 tea spoon

Salt
to taste

Cream
1 table spoon

Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 table spoon

Oil
2 table spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add whole garam masala and cumin seeds to crackle.
  3. Add onion and saute for 1 to 2 mins.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric paste,red chilly powder,coriander powder and tomato puree and saute till oil leaves the pan.
  5. Add green gram and mix well.
  6. Add cream and half cup of water and cover it..
  7. Cook in a low flame for 7 - 8 mins.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapatis.
