Green peas
2 cup

Onion (chopped finely)
1 big

Green Chilli (chopped)
2 nos

Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon

Tomato paste
2 table spoon

Cumin seeds
1/4 tea spoon

Turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon

Red chilli powder
1 tea spoon

Coriander powder
1 tea spoon

Garam masala
1/2 tea spoon

Oil
4 table spoon

Butter
50 gram

Salt
to taste

Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 table spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to crackle. Add onion and green chilly and saute till light brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and all dry spices and 2 tbsp water and saute till oil leaves the pan.
  3. Add tomato paste and mix well. Add green peas and salt and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  4. Add one cup of water and cover it. Cook in a low flame for 10 mins.
  5. Before serving add butter. Garnish with coriander leaves.
