Raw mango - 2 kg

Whole red chilly - 1
- Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf,cumin seeds and whole red chilly to crackle.
- Add grated mango and sugar and mix well. Keep stiring in low flame till it thickness n water dries out.
- Dont overcook. A finger licking pickle ready to eat.
