Pav - 2
Butter - 100 gms
Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
Grated carrot - 1
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 1
Boiled n mashed potato - 1/2 bowl
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Recipe Credit

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add onion and stir fry till light brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,green chilly,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and saute.
  3. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Add the veggies and saute for one mins.
  4. Now add boiled n mashed potato and mix well. Add salt butter and pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  5. Add one cup of water and coriander leaves and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
  6. Break the pav and add it. Serve hot.
