Grated coconut ( 1 cup)
Green chilies ( 2 to 3 pieces)
Curd (1/2 cup)
Salt (as per taste)
Ginger (1 inch pieces)
Garlic (5 to 7 cloves)
Water (as required)
Cumin seed (2 teaspoon)

Recipe Credit

  1. Chop chilies and ginger
  2. Peel garlic and put all ingredients in mixer jar except water.
  3. Grind in the mixer grinder.
  4. Add water if you want, quantity of water is dependent upon what consistency you want.
  5. Coconut chutney is ready.
