Dates - 20 - 25
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
Chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Chopped almonds - 1 tbsp
Chopped walnuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Dry roast all dry nuts in a medium flame.
- In the same pan dry roast grated coconut and keep it aside.
- In the same pan dry roast the poppy seeds and keep it aside.
- Remove the seeds and finely chop the dates.
- Take the dates in a pan till soft. Turn off the flame.
- Add all dry nuts,raisins,poppy seeds and grated coconut and mix well. Shape it into small size laddu.
