Grated raw mango 4 nos
Black Mustard seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Asafoetida 1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Roasted Fenugreek Powder 1/4 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 2 table spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Wash and peel and grate the raw mango. Add salt and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add black mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  3. Let it cool down a bit till warm.
  4. Then add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and roasted fenugreek powder and then pour this on the grated mango.
  5. Mix well and let it cool completely. Pour in the glass jar and keep in the fridge.
