Grated raw mango 4 nos
Black Mustard seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Asafoetida 1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Roasted Fenugreek Powder 1/4 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 2 table spoon
- Wash and peel and grate the raw mango. Add salt and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add black mustard seeds and asafoetida.
- Let it cool down a bit till warm.
- Then add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and roasted fenugreek powder and then pour this on the grated mango.
- Mix well and let it cool completely. Pour in the glass jar and keep in the fridge.
