Hara pyaz or spring onions are usually eaten as a salad. Today, we are going to make spring onion vegetable, a very delicious and easy to prepare Indian style dish that you can have as a side dish to a meal or have some hot chappatis to go with this healthy vegetable.
Either way you are going to love this vegetable. We suggest you do not completely cook the vegetable completely soft but keep a little of the crunchiness intact.
