Wheat flour 1 cup
Grated jaggery/gud 1/2 cup
Milk 1.5 cup
clarified butter 2 table spoon
Cardamom powder 1 tea spoon
Cashew nuts (crushed) 1 table spoon
Raisins 1 table spoon
Oil (for frying) as required
- Take a large bowl mix together wheat flour,jaggery/gud,cardamom powder,clarified butter,milk,cashew nuts and raisins.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Heat enough oil in a pan. Pour one tbsp batter into the hot oil.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
- Flipping once in between. Always cook in medium flame. Serve hot.
