Full cream milk - 5 cup
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Cashew nut powder - 2 tbsp
Almond powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Stir occassionaly. Cook well till it gets thick.
- Add sugar ,milk powder,cashew nut powder and almond powder and mix well.
- Once cooled,churn the mixture in the blender.
- Pour the mixture in the air tight container.
- Keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours
- Garnish with crushed cashew nuts and almonds.
