Grated raw mango - 1 big size
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Roasted n crushed fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Roasted n crushed mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Peel and grate the raw mango.
- Take a mixing bowl add grated raw mango,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,asafoetida,fennel seeds,black mustard seeds and salt and mix well.
- Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and mix well in the mango mixture.
- Mango kachumber is ready to serve.
