Mutton - 1 kg
Chopped onion - 3
Onion paste - 1 onion
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 7 - 8
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chopped tomato - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 cup

Recipe Credit

  1. Take a kadai add mutton ,black pepper powder and 4 cup of water.
  2. Cover it and cook until it gets tender.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and saute till transparent.
  4. Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,red chilly flakes,coriander powder,turmeric powder,green chilly ,chopped tomato and 2 tbsp water and saute for 4 - 5 min s.
  5. Add mutton pieces and mix well
  6. Turn the flame low and add garam masala powder,salt and two cup of water..
  7. Cover it and cook for five mins.
  8. Add coriander leaves serve hot with chapatis or naan.
