Gram flour (Besan) 2 table spoon
Cumin seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Black Mustard seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Fenugreek seeds / Methi seeds 1/4 tea spoon
Asafoetida/Hing 1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon
Green Chilli 1 nos
Tamarind water 2 table spoon
Carrot (chopped) 1 table spoon
Potato (chopped) 2 table spoon
Drum stick 2 table spoon
French beans 2 table spoon
Lady finger 1 table spoon
Tomato (chopped) 2 nos
Oil 4 table spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add all veggies stir fry and keep aside.
  2. Again heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.
  3. Add asafoetida,black mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds to crackle.
  4. Add gram flour and stir continuously till brown.
  5. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,green chilly and tamarind water and mix well.
  6. Add chopped tomato and stir fry for 3 - 4 mins.
  7. Add all the veggies and mix well. Add 2 cup of water and cover it.
  8. Cook for 5 mins in a low flame. Serve hot with rice.
