Hung Curd 1 cup
Snake gourd (grated) 1 cup
Green Chilli (chopped) 1/4 tea spoon
Mint Leaves 1 table spoon
Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed) 1/2 tea spoon
Black salt 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Sugar 1/2 tea spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Wash and grate snake gourd.
  2. Place the curd on a muslin cloth hang it minimum of 4 - 5 hours to drain the whey.
  3. Place it into a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add roasted n crushed cumin seeds,black salt,salt and sugar and mix well.
  5. Add grated snake gourd,green chilly and m int leaves and mix well.
  6. Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with mint leaves and serve.
