Snake gourd (grated) 2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tea spoon
Peanuts (roasted & crushed) 1 table spoon
Coconut (Freshly Grated) 1 table spoon
Green Chilli 1-2 nos
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 table spoon
Onion (chopped finely) 1/4 tea spoon
Sugar 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
- Wash and grate the snake gourd squeeze it to drain the water.
- Add salt,sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add roasted and crushed peanuts,fresh coconut,green chilly,onion and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
