Tamarind seedless( 5 teaspoon)
Garlic (6 to 7 cloves)
Red chili powder( 2 teaspoon)
Coriander powder( 2 teaspoon)
Jaggery ( 7 teaspoon)
Salt (2 teaspoon)

Recipe Credit

  1. Sock Tamarind in 1 cup of water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Chop jaggery in small pieces.
  3. In mixer jar add Tamarind, jaggery , garlic cloves, chili powder, salt,coriander powder, cumin powder and make fine paste.
  4. If required add more water.
  5. Tamarind chutney is ready.
