Vegetable Soup is one of the most healthiest of the soup dishes. It can be made tastier too if cooked and prepared properly. You can add as many vegetables you like and use your experience and knowledge to make it better and healthier.

Tomato 3 nos
Carrot 2 nos
Bottle guard 200 gram
French beans 50 gram
Parwal / Potol / Pointed guard 1 nos
Cluster beans / Gavar 50 gram
Salt to taste
Cumin seed powder 2 tea spoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
Butter 2 tea spoon
Water 3 cup
Fresh cream 3 tea spoon

Recipe Credit

  1. Rinse and chop all the vegetable except tomatoes.
  2. Pressure cook all the vegetables for 3 whistles.
  3. Peel the boiled tomatoes and take all boiled vegetables in the mixer jar.
  4. Make fine puree of vegetables and add water and mix them all well.
  5. Discard scrap with the help of strainer.
  6. Heat butter in the pan and add mixed vegetable puree.
  7. Stir and add salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder.
  8. Boil for 5 minutes. stir occasionally in between.
  9. Add fresh cream and stir and boil it for 1 more minute. Soup is now ready.
